Tried upgrading with T-Mobile from a Dash to Wing, but was told I wouldn't get any discount. Advice?

I've been a customer since 2002, have done quite a few upgrades. Stay every 6 months to a year...but I'd assumed since I've been a loyal customer they'd give me some sort of break since I'm willing to commit for another 2yrs.Tried upgrading with T-Mobile from a Dash to Wing, but was told I wouldn't get any discount. Advice?
JUST KEEP BUGGING THEM OR EVEN TELL THEM YOU WILL CANCEL THEY WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU JUST DONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. BUT WHY THE WING THEY TEND TO BREAK AT THE HINGE ARE FROM SLIDING HAD ONE STAYED WITH MY DASH...GOOD LUCK
