I want to get in at MIT and I need some advice?

I live in Korea, Republic of, and I want to get into MIT at 2011 and I want to major in mechenical engineering


I got a 98 on my first and last ibt which I should be able to send a form in but it's still below the recomended level :b


and I'm studying chemistry in english with a English high school textbook


So what i'm asking is what should I be focousing on to get in?I want to get in at MIT and I need some advice?
