You don't. That is why the have what are called consultations. You go in and pay usually around $150. that is for about an hour of their time. What you will do then is go over what it is that you need an attorney for. At that point he can tell you what he can do for you, and how much it should cost.





You can post your question up here. I have seen many good answers, a lot of what my own boss would say.
Check with your local University. At our student union at my local Univ, they have a free legal advice day once a month where they entire community can meet with a lawyer fro free. Or go to thelaw.com they have a free forum where you can post your questions.
