Im getting married in 4 short months and would like to shed about 20 pounds OR as much as I can. I am about 5'2 and my current weight is 138. I would also like to lose inches around my hips. Im have a work out plan in place I just need help with eating right. How many calories should I be intaking per day? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!I'm looking to lose some weight %26amp; get in shape %26amp; need advice?
i use a free site online. go to google and type in sparkpage/ weight loss and it will bring up links to the website (i forget the total web address). it gives you meals to eat each day, how many calories you should have a day, work outs with pictures and a tracker to track what you eat and exercise. you can also talk to others who are doing the same thing. its amazing that its free!!
