Well. I'm not fat, but I have a tummy coming on. And I really want to get rid of it. I've been doing some research as to what I should do. But does anyone have any ideas on something that I can do to get rid of it. I could really use the advice. Thanks.Advice on how to get rid of tummy?

Cardio and proper diet. Run, jog, ride a bike anything that gets your heart rate up for a min. of 15 minutes. As you continue to train your endurance will go up and you will be able to go further faster. Your metabolism will speed up causing your body to burn calories faster and you will shead any unwanted weight.
I have a balance ball that I use to do sit ups. It's really nice and helps build your core without strain on your back.
Plus you can do so many exercises on the ball!
Crunches.
the treadmil or eliptical machine works well
Walking, sit-ups, hula hoop etc. All these will help. If you ';have a tummy coming on'; and you're a woman, you might also want to rule out pregnancy. I knew a woman who didn't find out she was pregnant until the 6th month of her pregnancy (and she wasn't fat! she just didn't show that much).
Do some crunches every night.
EAT LESS CARBS!
(trust me it works!)
i started doing 300 crunches every other day about a week ago and i can all ready feel my stomach getting harder
try walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator and on top of that, engage in less eating at nights and more fun stuff during the daytime, football with friends and kids is a good way to burn tummy fat.
and if no time available for that, there is good old abdominal situp and pushup exercises, or pillates.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
theres no point doing sit ups if u hav a layer of flad covering ur mucles, so do about 10-20 mins cardio about 3 times a week. and do 20-50 sit ups a day. so that way the flab will go and the mucles will get toned.(hope this helps)
Well an AB-LOUNGE works so freakin well. I had a kid and now I have a super flat tummy, plus it is easy, but the only down side is that they are I think between $150 and $200, you can get them at wal-mart now. Or one of the best exercises you can do for your tummy is to sit on the very edge of a chair, hold the chair either beside your legs or the arms and lean way back without letting your feet touch the floor, bring your legs into you. Works good for your arms and upper thighs too. And you can do it while you are watching tv without thinking about it.
I just think that you need to work out, and when you do put a girdle on. That is what my husband is doing and its working for him!
