Sorry, Im not professional but I can tell you, I am quite young and have this problem I have recently starting swimming 4 times a week and eating more fruit and veg, and in only a couple of weeks my cellulite has improved 10 fold! I hope you find this usefull.Whats the best way to get rid of cellulite or lessen the apperance? {professional advice only please}?
Eat a balanced healthy diet, avoid processed foods like ready meals which fill your body with toxins, massage to the area is a good idea as it helps with circulation, which will help get rid of the toxins causing the cellulite. Exercising can help but I wouldn't say it could combat the problem completely. You can have beauty electrotherapy treatments that can help with it, just ask at your local salon. There are also anti-cellulite products on the market that can be used although these would need to be used in conjunction with everything else I mentioned in order to be effective.
I was watching the Tyra Banks show the other day, she had a few people test this product called ';Nivea Goodbye Cellulite'; I saw the before and after shots and it really works that may be a solution to your problem. Good Luck!
I am a beauty therapist so feel i am qualified to answer your question. Drink plenty of of water and eat healthly plently of fruit and veg and food with vitamins/minerals. Go to a beauty salon and get a detox wrap which will help you lose inches. Also get plenty of exercise. Try anti-cellulite products which contain natural ingreidents none that contain cafeine as this is a toxin(as is cellulite a build up of toxins) for example elemis have new products ourt which contain bitter orange petal.
It has been proven that the only ways to remove or reduce cellulite are through proper diet and exercise or plastic surgery. None of the creams or other products that claim to firm cellulite actually work, despite what many would love to believe. If your body is in great shape but you still have cellulite then that's just your body's composition. Almost every woman in the world, even most celebs with access to trainers, nutritionists, and all means of products available have cellulite somewhere on their body. It's normal.
I heard exercising works. But my real advice is that it shouldn't matter. I'm 16 and I have cellulite. I'm not even overweight. I'm just heavy in the legs.
You can either spend you're time improving your physical appearance -which is hopeless because no one ever gets satisfied- or you concentrate on the beauty within.
And no I'm not some super unattractive/fat/loser, I'm simplying speaking the truth of anyone, attractive or not, it's the inside that counts.
I saw something on the Tyra show that you have to go to a beuty salon and ask them if they do micro screening or scanning and they'll give u a suit thats grey and massage ur cellulite area and it gets rid of it in two weeks!! go to her web site or go here,http://www.legluxe.com/problems_solution鈥?/a>
Cellulite improves in appearance when you body brush
A firm smooth brush stroked in the direction of your heart each day for a few minutes to help flush out toxins and aid circulation
You should also cut down on smoking, drinking etc to healthy levels if you do them
toned muscles help the appearance of the limbs which can also help a little and a good moisturiser will again help a little
Good luck
The ONLY way to prevent celluite is to eat healthy and exercise. Nothing short of exercising will work.
Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best. Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.
The attached site has more info.
combining exercise and diet, walking, swmimming and horseriding are really good as it cycling. Anything that builds mucsle in that area.
also drink water instead of other drinks as it helps to dilute the trapped toxins.
I have to agree... excercise %26amp; tanning. Nothing will ever it make it go away for good. I watched a special and they were saying that all the creams that promise it to go away are not true...
That's what I heard but if somebody has used something %26amp; it worked for them then that's great!
;)
fake tan or the moisturisers with tan in help to make your skin look more toned and also to make you look slimmer.. that's my quick and easy solution.
