lunch - some salad and some bread
dinner - a cup of rice some vege and some chicken
erm i also will ride my bike around my neighbourhood and do erm around 100 sit up everyday.Anyone can get some advice to my diet ?

looks like you need calcium in our diet.
Skip the mcdonalds in the morning and have a yogurt and a grapefruit.
Or oatmeal and some fruit.
all the exercise ur doing is going to waste with ur breakfast.
fast food is the downfall of fitness.

cut down on the carbs. are u currently over weight is this a weight loss diet? or maintainance plan? introduce some nuts and dry fruits if u are not on weight loss spree.
also introduce some raw fruits to the diet fruits are rich in nutrients and fiber/roughage
