How to get information,advice&emotional suppot?

if you are carinng for a person with a learning disabilliti...How to get information,advice%26amp;emotional suppot?
You do not say how old the person you are caring for or what country you are in. If you are in UK your GP should be able to get their Health Visitor to contact you and they will be able to give you lots of info, advise and support and put you in touch with appropriate organisations.

If the person is a child then speak to the Special Educational Needs Coordinator at their school. They will be able to get help and support for you and the child, both emotionally and educationally. How to get information,advice%26amp;emotional suppot?
If you go to citizens advice they will give you a lot of advice of which organisations to get help from. Social services should also give you advice with this and may also offer you respite care if available in your area so you can have some time to yourself. Hope this helps you. Good Luck
