I have been trying to get pregnant any advice?

I have been trying for a year. Im only 21I have been trying to get pregnant any advice?
Try to find out when you're ovulating. If you can't have sex every other day so you can hit the spot when it comes. It will give your man time to build sperm and don't worry about the days you're not having sex because sperm can live for up to 48-72 hours.I have been trying to get pregnant any advice?
You didn't really tell us if you have regular or irregular cycles and also you need to know when you ovulate it doesn't happen like magic well for most anyway. My friend got pg 1 st month of trying but now shes going on 7 months for there second. What I was told to do. I am on my 4 month. So this month I am going to have sex every other day starting 10 days from the begging in of your last period. IT worked for my 2 of my friends. Try that. still nothing well maybe you need to talk with your ob
wanna_B_mommy' s tips:

*The day you start your period is day one your cycle

*Have sex days 12 14 16 18 and 20

*After sex lay down with a pillow under your pelvis for at least 30 minutes

*If all possible have sex or right before bed so you are laying down all night

*Try to stay stress free (I know it's hard but it really helps)

*Start taking prenatal vitamins now!

*';Act'; like your pregnant while trying to concieve! Only do things u would do while pregnant, because you never know if you are or aren't! Don't smoke or drink etc...
Are your cycles regular? After a year of trying, I would recommend that you see the doctor. They can start by running a bunch of blood tests to see if there are any issues. After that, they would want to do a test on your boyfriend/husband. There are other tests that they can perform after that, but I won't get into those.

Try the website, FertilityFriend. You can use their program to chart your basal body temperature (using a special thermometer, you take your temperature each morning before you get out of bed immediately upon waking. You put your temperature onto a graph, which the website provides for you and basically does all the work, and at ovulation time your temperature will rise). Taking your temperature will only show you AFTER ovulation that it has occurred, but you will begin to notice the patterns for when you ovulate, which will help you in future months.

Try using Ovulation Predictor Tests, which will show you the days that you are fertile based on the hormones in your body.

Good luck to you!
If you have been trying for a year, it would be a good idea if you go see a GYNO and have some blood tests and ultra sound done. Then you will know if it's simply a timing issue or a fertility issue.

Good luck!
WHEN YOUR OVALATING (SORRY FOR THE SPELLING) THEN HAVE SEX OR MAKE LOVE
