This is needed prior to getting attested by Min of Foreign affairs and then UAE Embassy in KL prior to moving to UAE. But MOE in Malaysia is like a maze; can't even open their website. They don't answer Telephone calls!I need to get my son's transfer of school certificate attested by MOE in Malaysia. Any advice?
The Education Department is under the Ministry of Education---go to see the Director of Education ....or at least his secretary for attestation arrangements. If this fails, voice out your griveances at the office of your MP.... (In Malaysaia, most web sites are for show only....)
